I wasn't expecting this at all, as stamp price hikes have been taking place in May for the last several years. Highlights of the article:

• First class stamp rates will rise to 46 cents
• Postcard stamp rates will rise to 30 cents
• New prices will take effect January 2nd, 2011
• A new forever stamp design will be made available later this year

A few weeks after posting the State Fair Dream Home promotion, I started getting comments from people asking how to enter their codes. I came to the conclusion that these people did not have Flash installed on their computers, and couldn't see the Flash-based web site for online code entry.

I just noticed another large round of complaints from commenters who couldn't enter their codes online, and decided to investigate again. The promotion requires you to register for an account before you can enter codes towards the promotion. I just tried registering for an account, and got all sorts of error messages.

I believe this promotion is suffering from technical difficulties and I've temporarily removed the post about this promotion from the web site. When I am able to register, log in, and enter a code myself, I'll restore the post. In the meantime, I don't want to tease anyone with details about a promotion with a really, tremendously good prize, but that isn't working.
