You need to either purchase Hershey candy bars with the Taste of Victory logo on them, or send away for a free code. The other perk you get from candy bar sweeps like this is that they serve as a freshness test after some time has passed. If you see a candy bar with this Taste of Victory logo on it in the stores next summer, you'll know that candy bar is about a year old. Good luck!
What can you win?
One grand prize winner will receive a 2008 Chevy Tahoe worth approximately $40,000.
Five first prize winners will each receive a 42" Panasonic plasma HDTV worth $1,200.
100,000 second prize winners will receive a $10 Visa gift card.

You may send in only one SASE per outer envelope. Requests must be postmarked by 3/30/09 and received by 4/10/09.
If the grand and first prizes have not all been claimed by 4/30/09, they will be awarded in a second chance drawing. To enter the second chance drawing, hand print your name, complete address, day and evening phone numbers and date of birth on a 3" x 5" card, and mail it to:

Second-chance entries must be postmarked by 3/30/09 and received by 4/10/09. You may enter as often as you like, provided each entry is mailed separately. Remember, there is always a chance this drawing won't even happen, if each of the six grand and first prizes are found by the public and immediately claimed. Don't go too nuts sending in entries to this second chance drawing. You should still send in at least one entry, because if the drawing does occur, there likely won't be many entrants, and you may stand a good chance of winning.
Can I enter online?
This game doesn't have an online component. The wrapper will tell you if you've won a prize. Details about the promotion are available online at the Hershey's Taste of Victory web site.
When are winners drawn?
Instant-win prizes will be awarded throughout the promotion period, which is scheduled to end on 3/30/09. If you have a game piece that indicates you have won a prize, see section 2 of the official rules for details on how to claim your prize. If a second-chance drawing must take place, it will be held on 5/5/09.

You may enter if you are a legal resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, and are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
